My Background

I have 20+ years of HR experience across compensation, recruiting, and employee engagement. My concentration at Yale during my MBA studies was Organizational Theory. I regularly share workplace trends and insights on topics of AI, big data in HR, corporate culture, and entrepreneurship.  I've spoken with journalists from Forbes, Entrepreneur, Inc., Associated Press, Fast Company, USA Today, and others. I am the CEO of KangoGift which is an HR tech company that helps companies enhance their corporate cultures by giving employees a genuine experience at each stage of their journey with the company.
