What We Learned in 2021


We are writing this with 16 days left in 2021. While we have mostly put 2021 in the rearview mirror, it's worth calling out a few of the positive insights we learned from our clients' programs this year. Despite a challenging environment, here are some thought starters. 

The main takeaway is that we all are getting more emotionally intelligent at work. Managers are learning the importance of communicating impact in ways that touch on the individualized experience of an employee's personal and career accomplishments.
